"We understand that the whole property was under construction, but it should have been made clear upon our arrival or booking online! We were respectfully compted a night after talking to the manager about our concerns. We are regulars at Comfort Inns around the country and look forward to visiting Brunswick Maine hotel when all renovations are complete!"

"We liked the location, some rooms have a very nice view (ours was not one of them. Very dark with a basement style window facing tire level of the parking lot). Plenty of parking and a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Road construction made it difficult to access/leave, but that is not the hotel's fault. There was trenching dug around the property, clearly pipe problems, and the hotel smelled "sewery." Our toilet was leaking at the base and would not stop running all day and night. Housekeeping was great! Once they work out these issues it will be very nice again but we won't stay here until then."

"Very lovely setting. The room was fine, bed comfortable and large. the bathroom was awful. The bathtub super slippery (although there were handles to hang on to to get in); the hot water was not hot enough and took forever to heat up, so did not use the cold water. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, and the bathtub as stated earlier could have been upgraded. Breakfast was not kept warm the first morning, but was fine the day after. As affordable as this motel is, the bathroom needs upgrading for all the above-mentioned reasons."
