“This is a very nice place to stay the restaurant attached to the hotel serves really good food, I had the ribeye on my first night here and it was absolutely delicious. I liked it so much I asked the waitress to let me think to Cook in person and he did come out and I shook his head and said thank you for cooking such a great steak. “The coffee machine in my room was missing a part, so I couldn't make coffee. I asked the front desk for help, but unfortunately there was no solution. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.” I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them. Overall, it seemed there was a lack of attention to basic room preparation and maintenance. These are small things, but……
