“If you want a place to stay at the Shore thats comfortable and convenient to the beach and Boardwalk, this is it. Well equipped and furnished, the house met all our needs for a two day visit to Seaside Heights. The host does a terrific job of communicating with guests so you are familar with house rules. I also want to mention the house is extremely clean. I highly recommend this rental for Jersey Shore vacation.”

Nice little deck in the back with a surprising breeze to relax on after the beach. This was our second stay, and the hosts have beem great both times!”

“Getting in was super-easy - keyless entry, and it worked without issues. I had a couple moments like at the store when you can't find something, and then you ask, and it turns out the answer was so obvious, it's a little embarrassing that you asked, if that makes sense. Communication for these moments was excellent. My 8-year-old said he wanted to stay there forever, which was cute though a little concerning. A side note, beach access is a little further than a block unless you use one of the...

“The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”

“Wonderful cottage just off the main strip of Atlantic Highlands (walking distance to many fine restaurants and the ferry to NYC). Check in and check out were a breeze and the owner was so easy to work with. Property had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and well cared for. Loved my stay.”

“Great little beach house only blocks from the shore! Perfect for a long weekend. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great and easy to work with. Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars!”

“We had the most wonderful week at the Sandy Hook Beach Cottages. The cottage itself was clean and charming. Opening the door and walking down to the private beach was magical. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Dennis was available for any questions and incredibly welcoming. We can’t wait to bring our little family back again for many future vacations!”

“We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.”
