Au Train RV Parks 2025

"It was recommended by other reviewers to stay in a corner room. Ours overlooked park lake, fire stairs on one side, the parking lot and neighborhood the other window. It was quiet. The tv was huge and blocked half the window on the lake side lol. The room was clean and had nice old touches to the room with bold wallpaper. Bed was good, firm and comfortable. We weren’t there much when the restaurant was open. We walked the two blocks to downtown. Very convenient. Parking at the hotel was easy (it’s November) with only maybe 15 cars in a nice large surface lot that can take high profile vehicles. We stayed in 501. We plan to stay here again in the off season but try a diff room for a diff view. Not sure the extra cost for a tv lake view was worth it lol"

"The host left an amazing binder with all the information we could possibly need about the surrounding waterfalls and hikes. It also included information about whether it was a pet friendly trail or not. The cabin had everything we would need to cook and sit down to a meal. It was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and safe. "

"We had a great time at the cabin. Awesome location on the Au Train River. Our boys enjoyed fishing right on the property. Good location to visit waterfalls from Marquette to Pictured Rocks. Brownstone Inn is right done the street and has awesome food. We’ll be back!"

"The hot tub was hot and ready for us! It was so comforting after a long drive. The fireplace was also perfect with an outdoor firepit as well! The house smelled so good when we walked in and there is plenty of blankets and a heater for chilly nights. They sell firewood, which we had bought some locally unknowingly."

"The cabin was perfectly placed along Lake Superior with easy access to all the nearby UP destinations. It was clean and the perfect stay for my wife and I. "

"Yes, kitchen was well equipped and had a totally fenced in back yard so it was very pet friendly. Nice location. Right across the road from a little gas station/grocery store, 2 blocks to the lake, and close to the trails. Would stay there again!"
