Compared to other hotels, this feels newer and nicer, without the hefty price tag. The staff were great and I loved the quick communication via text. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I'll likely only stay at Basecamp in the future. ”

“導航竟找不到需要多問幾次又加上週末大塞車賭了個多小時才找到,check in時告知有一間還需ㄧ個小時才可完成,要我們先到處走走再電話通知,結果卻是四個小時後才來電說房間好了,去櫃檯拿房卡時沒人道歉更別談昇等了,可能生意太好無所謂吧”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“It is an historical site and the surrounding area is very interesting. An old historical mining town with a lot of history. The hotel was a super spot to stay and supposedly haunted. Well they were just as nice as the staff was.”
