Quiet location, but close to places of interest, Like the Capitol Building, UT and 6th Street. Good access. The parking is $35/night, but it has in and out privileges. The check in process is a little strange, with the hotel, but the communication with the property owner was very helpful. The room is nice, big, good kitchen and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable.
