"Impossible to use the amenities. Pool was so busy, and there was no control. I have no problems with kids. I loved taking my kids to pools when they were little. I want them to enjoy themselves playing in pool, rather than on an electronic device; however the were no less than dozen kids jumping from hot tub to pool, jumping in and out of pool, running the entire evening. Leaving no room for anyone else to enjoy the very small pool area. Not one parent, or employee ever tried to enforce any rules. Very chaotic. The breakfast was very nice, appreciated the choices, room was clean, and employees were nice."
