“Upside: good location; friendly staff. Downside: buildings probably date back to the eighties or thereabouts so looking very tired and in places quite shabby; room furnishment minimal and very dated; matter of luck whether the TV has any non-Greek language programs; WiFi signal spotty and weak; it’s a busy location so expect the accompanying din of traffic and people; guest laundry area would benefit from upgrade or deep clean. Overall, the outcome is satisfactory. ”

“Nice pleasant apartment just off Paphos harbour and 2 mins walk from the promenade. Comfortable double bed, good kitchen amenities and a nice balcony where you could glimpse the sea if peering over the side. Only gripe would be that the balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable and I had some issues with the blind and door onto the balcony, very stiff. Good place for a few days in Paphos although you might want to consider somehwere slightly more tucked away if looking for peace and quiet as……

“Wir hatten ein Woche gebucht und sind nach 4 Tagen abgereist. Erster Eindruck , die 116 war längere Zeit nicht belegt, durch die Baustelle vor der Tür alles voller Staub. Sauber machen war angesagt. Das Schlafsofa ist ein Klappcouch, auf der man ganz recht oder ganz links liegen kann. Die Klappvorrichtung in der Mitte verhindert normales Schlafen. Am Sonntag ( Ostern ) 11:30 Uhr mussten im Nachbarappartment durch den Verwalter / Manager dringende Installationsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Die……

Approximately a 20 min stroll to the harbour area where there’s bars and restaurants. “The breakfast was very varied and each dish was flavourful. Each evening we entered our room, it was freshly cleaned with some complimentary chocolates. Also, the beach view was completely unobstructed and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.”

“We were sold a ‘luxury seaside apartment’, there that was nothing short of filthy. I’m not sure where to start. On arrival you enter through a live kitchen, puddles of grease, cigarette butts, raw food, a shopping trolley full of waste and also strangers eating random meals all within the alley as you enter, that’s not how I pictured i’d start this stay. Not to mention the stench from the mix of live kitchens that gathers in the stairwell on the way up to the room is nothing short of……
