“Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. ”

“Only had two nights, but loved the location, the views and proximity to the Pacific. The home was great, close to much of what Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the patio, the firepit and the coastal access immensely ”

It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall. ”

“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

“This is the perfect beach house vacation home. It’s steps away from the beach and steps away from the grocery store. The people around were nice and helpful. The host was very communicative and checked in with us through text with us multiple times. ”

“The starfish Cottage is close enough to walk to the water, or Main Street and the Peir. The owners are so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Don't worry about hauling chairs and umbrellas for the beach. This place has you covered. ”

“I can't even begin to say how incredible the location of this home is. We stayed here with our 3.5 & 2 year old and we will be staying here for many years to come. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This is in walking distance to multiple beaches, more restaurants than you can even imagine, and the parking out front is perfect. I was able to park my Ford Raptor every single time right out front of the property. The hot-tub in the back was a huge bonus! Seriously can not say enough great words about……

“We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!”

“Fine little cottage right on the PCH and comfortable walk to Victoria Beach! House had all essentials except for an iron and ironing board. Also, questionable whether or not the bed is actually a king-sized bed as stated on the listing. It was much smaller than anticipated and looked to be the size of a queen. Beside that, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The communication with caretaker was quick, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this location for future stays. Thank you!”
