“This is favorite place to stay in Newport. We have been staying at Newport inn for the last 6 years at least twice a year. Staff is awesome and helpfull. They have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. The walk to the beach takes roughly 3 min. There is also a playground in the back if you have children. Parking is included in the price, which is unheard of with every other location charging around 20 dollars a day, i believe. If you are visiting Newport to……

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“This place is dirty- I do not recommend staying here. The floors were dirty as if no one swept or mopped. The shower curtain had a stain on it. There was a random dirty towel in the closet. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. And the bedding and bed was low quality. There was no fitted sheet on the bed- just a thin flat sheet. I was not going to be comfortable sleeping in such a dirty place so I ended up finding a new place to stay. It’s like they didn’t even try.”
