The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. "I couldn’t find the place at the airport shortly after midnight. There was no signage and no one I asked could help. I was directed out of the airport to the hotel across the street! Never used the sleep pod. Awful experience."
