"Everything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet night， you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to."

"The hotel is located right in the heart of Barcelona. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area as well. We were very pleased with breakfast selection and quality of food. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean.
Pool and adjoining snack bar are lovely places to just relax.
Only negative- a strong sewage smell coming out of the toilet. Never could figure out why. (We were on the 4th floor.)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mosaic by Ona. It’s a well-located city hotel, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within easy walking distance. The location also worked well for our tours—pickup and dropoff were convenient.
The room wasn’t hugely spacious but perfectly fine for a family of three on a short holiday. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a small issue with the fridge on our first night, but the 24/7 reception team—especially Diego—were quick to help and got it sorted right away.
There’s no restaurant onsite, but that didn’t matter given how many good food options are nearby. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay. We’d recommend it and would happily return."
