“Standard room very prettily decorated as whole hotel.”

“I was expecting a luxurious hotel but it was more of a standard one that suited the Mexican families that stayed. Beachfront was nice but the waves were huge and crashed incessantly. Take earplugs. Honestly not worth the price. I moved to a new hotel in Melaque that was Cdn $65/nt less. Twice the size AND had a kitchenette. If you want luxury in Barra, consider the Grand Isla, it’s not that much more. ”

“We enjoyed the location and the views. It's a basic hotel and everything worked fine. For us, the mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. Barra is a nice, laid back place far removed from the craziness of Puerto Vallarta. Great seafood restaurants near the hotel.”

“La habitación doble amplia, limpia y confortable.. la atención de recepción excelente así como el servicio de limpieza..Lo q si está mal muy mal es q alrededor de las piscinas y en el interior de la piscina había huéspedes tomando alimentos y bebidas y a la vez tapando con sus hieleras, sillas, camastros y con sus platos con comida los pasillo para transitar y pasar y a la vez tenían basura alrededor de la piscina .. ojalá y pusieran más atención al área de la piscina...”

“Todo el personal es súper amable, atento, servicial y con muchas disposición. Lo único que vería un punto a mejorar es que no hay elevadores, son muchas escalones para una persona de mayor edad, tiene un estilo algo 90’ero en general y un poco ruidoso por las tardes entre el sonido del bar, el sonido de los animadores y el sonido del ensayo de los bailarines. Fuera de eso. Es muy hermoso y familiar ”

“Si lo que buscas es un lugar tranquilo para desconectarte este es el indicado, al ser un hotel boutique y de adultos lo convierte en un lugar sereno. Los anfitriones nos hicieron sentir en casa, muy atentos en todo momento. Tienes todo lo necesario en la cocina para cocinar. Tal vez sería conveniente agregar una televisión, ya que al ser un lugar donde no hay mucho alrededor sería muy buena opción ver películas o series antes de dormir. Muchas gracias por todo o”

“No wifi in the room, only in lobby. The food in Buffet restaurant not good, but food in the restaurant that need reserve was good.”

“Overall the room was good. The cutlery was rusty and disorganized with food attached to the utensil. No instructions for the induction stove top. Staff were very helpful and polite. Very little English. The son handled giving us WIFI. Not super close to the beach. Very little hot water, from a well and it’s was salty water. ”
