“Good breakfast, clean room, great bed, fantastic staff heater worked great and was quiet I am a handicapped senior citizen and the staff was above and beyond on all my requests I will be staying here again in the near future thanks to the staff.”

“During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted……

“It’s a wonderful property- or once was….needs a million dollar clean up and update…..Staff are wonderful and the restaurant and Rafters Bar are wonderful hangouts in the off season. Nice trails and location. Easy access to Alexandria and interesting check points all around.”

“Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down”
