“Nous avons à passé un super séjour chez Alberto, sa femme et son équipe. La chambre est faite tout les jours. L' accueil est chaleureux. L'hôtel dispose de tout pour passé un bon moment. “This is a hostel not a hotel. There were no staff present for reception and no contact phone number. I was supposed to have received access codes but nothing got through to me. I only got in with the help of another guest. I could not register my passport There was no water glass in the room. The heating was not on - I had to sleep in my clothes This probably ok for backpackers but at 70 euros a night it was extremely expensive for what it offered.”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
