"A welcome break after a mammoth drive. Booked last minute through Expedia but didn’t get entry code. Confirmation number didn’t work either. A member of staff from the nearby Mercure hotel came to help. He was brilliant. So helpful and sorted out the issue. Pat on the back for Mercure man and HotelF1. A poke in the eye for Expedia for leaving us high n dry."
