“No hair dryer can be provided, even provided, a bit melt and I’m not dare enough to use. Have seriously ants inside the room and my bread for next morning breakfast all full with ants! Only good thing is this is nearby a mall that I need to visit. I was booking for 2 nights but I change hotel in second day.”

“ I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking……

"The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells. The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking their phones. The receptionist can be more welcoming. In any other hotel, you get information about the breakfast location and time, but in here, they just direct you to your room. The electricity in my room went down on my last night (no electricity at all), and after 30 minutes waiting, the receptionist, with a very annoyed face, sent me to a different room. I had to pack all my stuff in the dark to move to a new room, which was in worse shape than my original room. The new room I've got allocated was full of moisture, the toilet was also leaking, and the carpet was humid. Breakfast: fair enough. The staff was helpful, but the manager was angry all the time. Location is great, I would say this is the only pro. Conclusion: I would never stay here, as the price is just USD$10 cheaper than the Pullman or Hilton, which will definitely offer you a better stay."
