WIFI, Private keypad entry. 1 Bedroom main level Queen Bed, 1 Bedroom 2nd level Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room on main level, 2 Twin Beds, 2nd level. 1 Full bath tub/shower on main level, 1 bath with shower 2nd level.
Large Balcony Table and Chairs and Lake Views of Basswood Island. In lower part of building is Captain's Spirits for your favorite wine, beer, ice cream, cheese curds, and more. Only 1 block from Madeline Island Ferry and 1 block from main street of Rittenhouse Ave. You won't have to walk up hills to get to your accommodation!
Washington Condo #203 looks out at Madeline Island and Basswood Island. Located in the heart of downtown Bayfield, WI. - Walk to everything! 40" Flat Screen Roku TV If you have Netflix, bring your login and password. High Speed WIFI Internet. Central Heat and AC + a Gas fireplace. All Linen's, Towels, Soap's, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkins, Plates, Dishes, Glasses, Utensils, Cook Ware, Drip Coffee maker, Coffee filters, Dishwasher, Iron, Ironing table, Washer, Dryer, newer furnishings and updates. Parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot or in back by ramp with parking permit. Additional parking on 1st street or Washington Ave. More parking just up Washington Ave 1 block at the City of Bayfield parking lots on both sides of Washington Ave & Broad Street.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.
Please note that VRBO will not allow us to message you with our email address and if we attempt to do so, they will block the email out. This must be done within 1 hour of making the reservation on VRBO. We will attempt to text you as well. Super convenient location
The location of the property is perfect; it's easy walking distance to the marina and all the downtown restaurants. I've stayed here multiple times, it's one of my go-to's. The property is always clean, quiet and ready for guests. Check-in is super easy and Jack is always super easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place and excellent location!
Very clean and super conveniently located. It is a half block walk to coffee, food, groceries, and downtown shops. We walked to the dock for a boat tour of the islands. The ferry to Madeline Island is less than a block away as well. Wonderful place and excellent location.

Stayed for 2 nights with family and friends. The owner was very detailed with check-in instructions so it was easy to check in. Condo was well-appointed and clean and comfortable. Perfect location for Bayfield Family Vacation!
My family of six adults and one infant stayed at the Bayfield condo for 5 days. We LOVED the location because we were close to downtown, the ferry, and the hikes! We made good use of the balcony! The condo was clean and quiet, and the owners were professional! Thanks so much!

Clean and Easy with Grain of Salt
Wife and I had a wonderful stay in Bayfield for the weekend. We don't ask/need for much in accommodations and the Washington Condo was able to supply all of our needs. We felt safe and secure, and the view from the deck was beautiful. The "grain of salt" in the stay was that our once party of 6 dropped to 2. We ended up only using like 10% of the space (only the bottom room & bathroom) and didn't do any cooking. We had one issue and our host was quick to answer us with an easy fix. The wifi strength and connection left a lot to be desired, but we didn't go to Bayfield to stay-in and be connected. All in all, it was a good place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Condo. Jack was an attentive host and replied quickly to messages. It was the perfect place to stay to be able to walk around Bayfield and enjoy the town. Would definitely book again.

Awesome location
The condo is centrally located to walk to everything in Bayfield. Very clean, check in/entry process was a breeze, and Jack was a very attentive host- even helping us out with a fluke keypad issue on Sunday afternoon. Great use of space inside, and the patio view of the lake provided a good place to unwind. Will definitely stay again!
