Dirty carpets in lobby...darkish rooms and halls. Love location of hotel. Great bathroom and shower. Very clean room too. Nice frigerator kept things really cold. Love coffee bar and area in room. Bedding very comfortable. Nice front desk staff...could know more about city though. Parking 1 block away was fine and only 25 per day.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 PM as our train was late by one hour which meant that we could go directly to our room. It was a very spacious room and I must say the bed and the sheets were cozy. We had a living room and a small kitchen & there was an espresso machine, which was lovely to have a coffee in the room each morning , all the larger rooms only have bathtubs that you step into for a shower. We found this an inconvenience next time we talk. I will make sure that we ask for a king room with a walk-in shower. The construction is everywhere and it is very difficult to walk around and see the very sweet shops or restaurants that was a disappointment this trip. It was also noisy. Remi at the front desk was most helpful in helping book one of the events we wanted to attend. My husband and I have stayed many years at this hotel and are not disappointed.

The property is wonderful — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The manager was extremely helpful and professional, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Unfortunately, Expedia was of no help when we needed support, so my advice is to book directly with the hotel. Not only do they actually care about their guests, but you may also find better rates or discounts when booking with them instead of through Expedia.

Great location in the city—easy to walk everywhere. However, the room is very small, and for the quality offered, the price could be lower.

Friendly and helpful staff at every level plus the fantastic property was in walking proximity to everything in Montreal. Great stay!
