Not all Ski in and Ski out accommodations are the same. Max occupancy is 8 Adults. Please read the rental agreement and terms prior to booking. This large 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom town home is 1950 square feet of amazing ski in and ski out luxury. Located right on the ski run where the Whitetail and Serwa's runs meet, you can ski right up to the back deck with a private hot tub. To ski out you just take a few steps up the hill and ski down Serwas to the lifts. The town home contains all the comforts and quality you should expect from a high-end accommodation. Complete with a private hot tub, large chef’s kitchen, heated tile and hardwood flooring, granite counters, a large gas fireplace, high ceilings and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains. We have a total of 5 HD 4K flat screen TVs; enjoy a movie together in the living room on a 65" screen or relax in the bedrooms and watch a show. This is the perfect place for families to enjoy all that Big White has to offer. Bring your skis, snowboards, ice skates, sleds and bikes.

The Town home:

This Big White ski in and ski out town home is located in Grizzly Ridge, Big White's only gated community, with unparalleled ski in and ski out access.

Main Master Bedroom
The master Bedroom is very large and contains a king bed, night tables, large dresser, closet and 55” HD 4k TV. The en-suite has a double shower and double vanity with heated tile floors.

Lower Master Guest Bedroom
The lower master Bedroom contains a queen bed, night tables, dresser, and a 55” HD 4k TV. The full en-suite has a tub and shower with heated tile floors.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has a custom-made mission bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a XL twin on top. We had it built for adults with extra head room. There is a 49” HD 4k TV.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom is identical to bedroom number 1 with a custom-made mission bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a XL twin on top. We had it built for adults with extra head room. There is a 49” HD 4k TV.

The Main Floor:
This is the area where everyone comes together in a big open space to eat and relax after a day on the mountain. The large kitchen has a gas range with a warming drawer, a large fridge\freezer combo, dishwasher and microwave. You will also find all the small appliances like a crock pot, toaster, coffee machine, blender in addition to a full set of cookware and flatware.

Just off the kitchen is the rear deck with a hot tub and you can ski right off the run onto the deck. Amazing! See the photos and Big White Trail Map.

The dining table and bar have adequate seating to accommodate a full house of guests at meal time. The living room has a made to order full leather sofa that delivers luxury and comfort in a warm inviting space by the fire place.


Parking:
A single car private and secure garage that will fit a SUV or 1/2 ton pickup. Extra Large vehicle parking is available in front of the garage. Store your bikes, skis, boards and gear is garage. There is no street parking. Extra vehicles must park at happy valley.

Family gathering
We were a 3 generational gathering from East and West. This accommodation met all our needs and more. A great space with the kitchen, dining room, living room and back deck to the slopes and hot tub all on one level. Very functional. Greg is a very responsive host. We plan to return.

Great Ski-in and Ski-out Accommodation.
The location is excellent for ski-in and ski-out (to Serwas). The kitchen was well equipped. The house was very clean. The hot tube was also very clean, which is not always the case. There was a small hiccup with the checking in and the hot tub, but the owner was very responsive in responding to the issues. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the second primary bedroom on the bottom floor did not have any windows. Maybe we missed this on the listing. Overall we would recommend this place and would rent it again.

Just off serwas run
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. It is nice that it is a corner unit so it has more light and easy access to getting on Serwas run. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, kitchen tools. Bring whatever seasonings you need. Room for 2 cars only, so quite a bit of shuffling cars to check-out at 10. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

2nd Stay just as good!
This was our second stay at this property and it was just as we had remembered. The location I can’t be beat being right on Serwa Makes it so easy to stop for lunch. This place felt just like home so clean and cozy. The beds are comfy and we all slept great. We had 8 adults, with the queen bottoms In the bunk rooms we didn’t feel like it was a dorm. We will for sure be back next year!

Three Bluebird Ski Days at Big White
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Three amazing ski days aside, this townhome was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for the eight of us (7 adults and one teenager). Here's the highlights: The home was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The few inquiries we had were answered by Greg right away. Ski in Ski out? Absolutely! A wee climb up the bank from the back deck and you're on the ski run; then right back to the home down Serwa's run. Very easy to ski in and out during the day. As for walking, it took about 20 minutes to make it to the village. As for the accommodations themselves, they suited us perfectly. We all found the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped aside from the lack of a teapot :) The large dining table seats 8 and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a few meals together as a family. The hot tub comfortably seats four adults and we made very good use of it. Here's a few things to keep in mind. It's a three storey townhome, so, be prepared for stairs. The bedrooms / bathrooms are all up or down from the main living area. This was not a problem at all for us but if one has mobility issues it may be difficult. The two rooms with bunks are different sizes. One is a fair bit smaller. In the smaller, climbing the ladder to the top bunk may be difficult for an adult due to the tight space. They say the garage door is narrow and they're not kidding. The driveway is a bit on the steep side so be careful when getting out of your vehicle in snowy / icy conditions. Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean beautiful home. This has been our most enjoyable ski trip to date, largely due to the fantastic accommodations. We will defiantly stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great family get away in a clean, comfortable and convenient condo!
Great location just off Serwa's run for easy ski-in and ski-out. Great living space for family games and clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Kitchen had the essentials and we had brought extra tupperware containers and saran wrap etc which helped with storage during our stay. Owner was very easy to reach and managed small issues extremely well which made the stay that much smoother. I would highly recommend for a 2 family get-away home. Thank you for making our COVID spring break holiday a success!!

Great location, spacious and clean
We loved our time in this home and on Big White. Everything was clean and aside from condiments we did not bring (salt and pepper) we had everything we needed. Other than dust on the garage floor which you would expect during winter, the place was very clean and everything was in working order. BEds were comfortable and so was the furnishings. The host was very accomodating during these challenging times as well. We would love to stay one day again.

Great location and stay
The house was very clean with extremely comfortable beds and couches. One of the best features of the home is the key pad so no one has to carry a key. In a great location for families. A close 3 minute drive to the village also located near a nice path that you can walk to the village in 30 mins. Hot tub is great feature to have, we used it everyday. The only note would be to make sure you bring or buy your own salt and pepper, oil and foil/ plastic wrap. I believe it is not provided due to covid which is understandable. Overall great spot and would stay again.

Beautiful home! Beautiful view! We are so thankful for our time in Big White. The set up really is perfect for spending time together, we enjoyed the big comfy couches as we played games and lounged around. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! I would recommend this property.

Overall great Townhouse. Good size rooms/beds. Comfortable living space. Good kitchen facilities. For family, great. Limited parking available for groups. Recommend carpooling since free o/f parking lot is quite a distance away. Other than that, great place and would go there again.

Comfortable house with very convenient ski off access
Superbly located, easy ski off from the level part of Serwa run. Must be sure to catch the lift before it closes to get home. The house was very comfortable and well-heated. A small climb up to get onto the run which requires some agility and youth. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. We enjoyed the strong showers. A couple of light bulbs were out but otherwise happy with the accommodation. The garage entryway is rather narrow and steep so requires good car handling and a little nerve to get into the garage whether front or backwards.

We had 2 families stay at this property (4 adults & 6 teens) and it was perfect! Condo was very clean and well-appointed. Property listing was extremely accurate - there were no surprises upon arrival. And to top it off, any questions we had before or upon arrival, were answered quickly by the owner! Great property!
This is a beautiful property with a terrific location. It boasts a large, well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island with breakfast bar seating. The large dining room table allows for comfy group/family meals. The den has custom couches, a fireplace and a large screen TV. The 4 bedrooms have comfortable beds, and the 3 bathrooms are updated. We had 6 adults stay there and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is great- right off the Serwa run; you can literally ski right up to the back deck! And the hot tub is just the thing after a long day on the slopes. The owner is very responsive, answering our communications quickly. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!

For those who want things to just fall into their laps
Condo is right off the Sewar ski run, although one will need to take a nine or ten steps to reach, it is safe to say even the laziest among us can do it from this place. Upon your completion of some epic ski runs, if you so choose you can just roll your body down the small hill and more than likely land on the back porch. There is every bit of luxury one could want: television, new appliances, washer/dryer, and yep I’m pretty sure we had a heated garage as well... for the truly pampered car who requires its tires to be a comfy cozy on those winter nights. The fireplace makes you feel as if you are in a private lodge, and if you dare to sit in the leather couches, you have been warned it will take pure determination to get your body out of them; my advice sit in them only after the dishes are done, and you are positive you are done for the evening. Super easy to find, and I like that this condo building is a little off from the other condos’ farther down. Returning to the hot tub at the end of the day can be relaxing or as invigorating depending on your mood; level one, two, and level three (Jet engine mode) can get you where you wish to be. There is a easy shuttle from town to at least close to the condo; you do have to walk four or five minutes, but if you are coming from town and have eaten to excess and boozed it up a wee bit over your limit, then the walk will actually help in a more speedy recovery. Overall I’d say it’s a cool place to stay at a great ski resort. Place was also neat & clean; the decor was modern and nice, and if you are used to nice but can’t stand the gaudy then this is the place for you. No one below or ugh, above you! Very nice.

Perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Truly ski in ski out. Big enough for 8 people.
We loved the location and the size of the condo. Very comfortable. We had to tweak the water to get hot water for the shower as none of us are familiar with the on demand water heater, but then it was great. We all felt it would be nice to have instructions for turning on the tv. With 2 remotes, and unfamiliar make of tv. We had to contact the owner for that. The hot tub was dirty, with brown scum around the water line before we used it at all. There was much more positive than negative and We would rent this property again.

Beautiful, new, and clean townhouse in Big White!
We had a great stay! The townhome is located right on the Serwa run so you can ski in and out right off the patio and also enjoy a warm, private hot tub when you are done on the hills. The townhome is in like-new condition and very spacious with four bedrooms. Well equipped with fresh linens, towels, and has a gourmet kitchen. We stayed over Christmas and it was a truly magical experience for our family of four and the grandparents. We hope to stay here again! And the owner, Greg, was quick at responding to any questions we hadn't before and during the stay.
