“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly……

“The bathroom could have been bigger with more vanity space. There is a lot of wasted space outside the washroom….it could have been extended. ”

“Room was not dusted well. Dirt on window sill. Fitness room was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned ever, dirt all over the floor and smelled bad. 3 of the 6 exercise machines were broken. The bed mattresses sat on metal frames that made a loud boing sound every time someone moved on the bed. Very disappointed with the bed. Hard to sleep with noisy beds. The breakfast room was clean and the food options were good. Breakfast was enjoyable. ”

“The cabin is lovely—both inside and out. The kitchen is well-equipped with just about everything you’d need, and there are plenty of blankets and heaters in every room to keep things cozy and comfortable in the fall weather. The location was ideal for our trip and felt peaceful and private. There was a hiccup with the WiFi when we arrived, which made it a bit tricky to get in touch at first. However, once Scarlet received our message, she responded with kindness and got everything resolved right……
