"Great location! Great host, we had everything we needed. Bungalow was bright, colorful and spacious. A bit of issues initially receiving the access instructions via email, but it could have been on Vbro. We had a few visitors to meet up before our day on the late and they all loved the location and just how cozy our Vbro was. I will add, a deep cleaning (such as dusting) is needed."

"Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend"

"This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time."

"The property was nice and the house was spacious. However when we arived the spa didn't work, waterfall on pool didnt work, ovens bake option didnt work, and the dishwasher wasnt 100%. All of these added up to the 4 stars."

"We were in Austin for a graduation. But we did have a little time to enjoy the area. The house was prefect. Plenty of room for everyone. All the necessary supplies. Nice and clean. We enjoyed how it was decorated as well. The area had loads to do within walking distance. Lots of food options as well. If we get a chance to go back to Austin we will definitely stay here again."

"This house was AMAZING!!! We celebrated our triplets birthday and graduation in this beautiful spacious home!! It was clean and SO WELL STOCKED with serving dishes and barware!! The pool, hot tub and patio areas were so fun and spacious as well!! The beds were so comfortable and it very comfortably slept up to 10 people with enough bathrooms for everyone to spread out. "Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Wow. Where to start?? Well, the interior of the house is jaw-dropping. Airy and exotic dreamy. Eye-catching details everywhere you look! Oh, and the wonderful, peaceful deck overlooks Zilker Park. It has a captivating, far-away resort feel. Right in the thick of the coolest action in awesome Austin. Walking distance to all sorts of outdoorsy stuff, including scads of pretty walking trails along the springs. Lots of fun restaurants just down the road. We were smitten."

"This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost."

"Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. "
