"We enjoyed the funky lake house. The kitchen was stocked for our needs. Good communication with the host when we needed a few things. Could use a more detailed cleaning, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pulled out the hide-a-bed for use, but it wasn't clean, so we didn't use it. Nice view and good location for our trip."

"I chose this property because it was spotlighted on Expedia. Felt affordable but also luxurious judging from the photos. When I arrived, it looked like a ghost town and the woman who checked me in was rude. I requested an early check in because I had an event to get to. My room wasn’t ready (which is understandable) but she seemed to care less about the predicament I was in. An hour later, she issued room keys to at least 5 other guests who also arrived early. I had to go back up and ask for a room again. Barely made it to the event that brought me into town. The property itself felt "

"It is in a beautiful spot with a beautiful view, but the room lacked some cleanliness. On the door frame walking out the back door looked like there was feces rubbed onto the door frame and wall. Walls really needed to be wiped down in other areas also"

"Beautifully “active” property has it all! Our group spent hours outside enjoying everything from the pool to the hammocks to the pickleball & volleyball courts! Our host David went above and beyond with communication, suggestions for our trip, and addressing a few minor issues. Always prompt and responsive. The only thing that should be mentioned is the house is slowly becoming not in the lake as the lake waters have dropped substantially. But the property isn’t self is as-advertised. Wed definitely come back!"

"Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)"
