"Our family of four had a really pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the resort itself is beautiful with great views. There was plenty for our kids to enjoy—between the pool, mini golf, s’mores hour, and game room, they were never bored. We also appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of the resort. There were a couple of downsides. The service at the pool could definitely be improved, as staff didn’t feel very friendly or attentive. We also ordered room service twice, and both times our order was incomplete. That said, the staff was apologetic and handled it professionally. Overall, despite a few service hiccups, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the property and amenities."

"The Villas were beautiful. Glorious view of the Lake. Quiet in the evening. Not too far from restaurants. It’s like a little slice of heaven. "

"This is a beautiful property. The views were exquisite. Unfortunately, the amenities here were lacking. They described breakfast, there was no breakfast offered. They said they had ice, it was broken, the map at the counter of the front desk indicates there is an on site laundry facility, there isn't. For me personally it was an average night at a mediocre hotel, that we happened to get lucky with great scenery. The gentleman at the counter was really really nice though so that made it a lot easier to digest. "

"Everything from the host was clear and straightforward, making self check-in super easy. For the price during SXSW, it felt like an absolute steal. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which made the stay even smoother.When we arrived, it honestly felt like being in the Italian countryside—the views were stunning, and I couldn’t stop admiring them from the balcony. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway.Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!"
