If you can gather the towels and start a load in the washer my cleaner will love you.

Please make sure the hot tub temp is raised to 104 degrees if you have lowered it.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No overnight parking on the street. There are two spaces in the garage and 3 in driveway.

Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am

You accept all risks for you and your guests with regard to the pool and hot tub. Any damages to property will be billed to renter.
