“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff was outstanding all around. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. ”

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. “The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! The area around the property and leading to the beach is a bit dirty. But you can't beat the value of this place! Paradise Beach is one of the very best in Barbados and to have……

“First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes……

“My only critique is that they need four new beach chairs, preferably the Tommy Bahama chairs. They are light, comfortable, and sturdy. Other than that, it was great and thank you!”
