“Very well-maintained. Not a new hotel...but, they are keeping up with renovations and it looks good. Room was good size and breakfast was great. Lots of interior cameras...but, not sure and covered the parking lot. Had a problem checking in (something between the hotel and expedia)...took a while to resolve. Staff was friendly.”

“We asked for clean towels to replace the ones removed by housekeeping twice on the first day. Finally went to the front desk and got them ourselves at 4pm even though we had asked staff twice who were cleaning rooms on our floor. The second day although the towels were replaced and the bathroom cleaned our bed was not made when we came back to the room at 2pm. This was extremely disappointing in terms of the service we would normally expect.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. Once I got to my room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. The room also did not appear to be properly cleaned. The sheets and covers had……
