"Such an amazing experience to stay here! So relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the property grounds were so much fun to explore and soak in all the beauty. "What a serene place! So peaceful and pretty! We had late dinner (10pm) and really enjoyed eating on the patio. The food was nothing amazing but the atmosphere was really nice. Beautifully lit and landscaped lot. Friendly and professional staff. The room suite was stunning! Very large and split into 3 areas. The living room had a glass ceiling and a nice private very large patio. We loved our stay there as a couple."

"We have somewhat of a mixed review. We loved the location and the room itself, room 105. And we were able to check-in early, so that was very helpful. But the female receptionist really needs to be friendlier. Maybe she isn’t fluent in English, so that has created a bigger barrier to hospitality? Since we arrived early, we had lunch at their restaurant. It was a big overpriced, we had 2 lunch entrees (chicken) and a very small portion of oxtail, and water and the bill was 50 euros. And the waiter was not nice either. Our room was very nice, with a great view. The ceiling fan right over the bed was excellent. But the shower drain was extremely slow to drain, so we showered with our feet covered in 3 inches of water. They also did. It supply any wash cloths. We asked for them, but all they had were large hand towels. They never came to fix the shower drain issue. There are no fridges in the room, no ice machine (but we got a couple of glasses from the restaurant), and no telephone in the room. All that said, we did have a wonderful time in Ronda. I hope they work out the issues because it could be an outstanding hotel."

"The Finca Los Pilares de Ronda could be in a home decor magazine. It is beautifully decorated and has wonderful grounds. This is a must stay for anyone that appreciates great style and decor. The staff were likewise super nice and helpful. Be aware, however, that you must have a car to visit as the hotel is on a very large property about 15 minutes away from Ronda."

"Anne was very friendly and helpful on check in. Breakfast was good and the hotel is located only a short walk from everything you would want to see. There are several parking lots in the vicinity and the hotel has a deal with "parking la Merced" for a discount. They made it feel homey. I strongly recommend!"
