The dining and café were great experiences and my wife loved the spa. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and we never had any issues. We took the water taxi to explore one of the other resorts. Staff at reception: excellent, helping, friendly and knowledgable Staff in restaurant: Some very friendly and excellent, some definitively need a lot of training, to be taught what service means, it’s not about them, but about the client and to make them comfortable. Shouting commands to the staff is annoying for the guest. Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent - great variety and also a special menu for health food, vegetarian, gluten and lactose free selections. Beach: Well maintained, clean white beach, great swimming and attentive beach support"

"The rooms were cleaned twice per week; I would recommend to do this every other day. Even twice per week, they forget to clean the floors. They also forget to regularly fill up amenities such as coffee, milk, soap, shampoo. For me this was the 1st time to encounter a hotel that it was challenging to get enough shampoo. The beach is close by, however can be rough and difficult to swim in. The breakfast options where limited a la carte; 50% was not available. If want a perfect experience in barbados suggest to seek a hotel more north from this location."

Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of."

If you don't want to rent a car, choose the activities that offer a pick-up service and also try to book excursions the week before travel."
