“退房时酒店前台说多收了69欧元的房款，答应将此款退到我的信用卡，但至今已过去二个月，我仍然没有收到酒店的退款，向他们索要银行汇款单，说是他们没有任何银行凭证，请HOTELS帮我解决此事。”

“Chambre louée en raison de la proximité de Deauville et Hontfleur. Suffisante pour la nuit. Bien que petite, la cuisine etait bien équipée avec produit vaisselle, éponge et torchon. Nous nous sommes occupés de nos pdj (boulangerie à proximité). La salle de restauration semblait agréable. Je ne peux pas juger de la qualité des pdj. ”

“It is a fairly tight space. There is a few nice spots around the block and a trip over to Honfleur is worth it.”

“We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be……

“Very clean which was great. No air-conditioning and no fans which during a heatwave made it quite unpleasant. It was absolutely not clear on booking that the pool is over 18s only. The pool was the only reason we picked this property and our 14 and 16 year old were excited to cool off in the pool, to be told they couldn't was hugely disappointing. There appears to be a restaurant but we were told it is not open in the evenings.”
