"Went in with low expectations. Couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised. Staff was amazing, restaurant was beyond great (steak and ale pie) and the bar was the kind of busy you’d like. Rooms were a bit dated, maybe more rustic, but quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Will go back!"

You’ll mainly need to rely on the hotel’s own restaurant, but luckily the dinner was very good and we really enjoyed it. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
