“The home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, cozy and bright. The kitchen had all amenities we needed for the weekend including small appliances, ice and coffee. The self check-in process was super easy and the host was great at staying in touch with us. We didn't have children staying with us but the home is well outfitted for families with small children. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. ”

“The place is beautiful, and the owners are very accommodating. They even let us stay in a bigger room, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, and the lakefront was really nice. The rooms and washrooms were also very clean. It’s an excellent place to stay, especially for first-time visitors. They also have a fire pit (i think u can bring wood or just buy it there), BBQ tools (you just have to pay for the gas), and equipment you can use at the lake. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected.
Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were……

“Great location, “private dock”, place was clean with exception of some beer bottles on the back deck. Hard to communicate with host. No ammenties, TV does not work, not much plates or glasses, and no soap or shampoo in showers. Beds were good and towels provided. Did have a small mouse pop up at the front door which is locked but no one minds an extra visitor right. I’d say not a bad stay but not as good as listing suggests. Book at your own risk.”
