"Great, easy to find location. Nancy was a great communicator A wonderful option for us, as we were in the area for a wedding in Sharpsburg where overnight accommodations were a bit slim. Shepherdstown was a cute town with lots of cute local shops and places to eat. Would stay here again! "

"What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. "

There are several hiking spots in the area, located about 30 to 45 minutes away by car, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Debbie was an excellent host—always responsive and eager to assist. Checking in was super easy."

"The cottage was comfortable and inviting. It is an ideal distance from town and in a lovely wood setting. Due to our food allergies, it was a nice way to be away from home with the security of our own food."

"The cabin was immaculately clean and comfortable! We had so much space for our party of five to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The beds were very comfy, and the full, updated kitchen was so useful during our stay as we were in the area for a reunion. We loved the outdoor area, too, and enjoyed spending time talking around the firepit. The homeowners even provided the marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate to make s'mores, which we did! It was a wonderful stay, and we're already talking...
