“We were very dissapointed. From the outside, the screened in porch needs repaired, holes everywhere, leaves and old cobwebs had not been swept out, chairs were filthy. Hot tub was dirty with dirt/sand in the bottom of it so we didnt get to use it. From the inside, kitchen counter looked clean until we wiped it off, stove and microwave were greasy. In the bathroom, commode seat wasnt attached and the baseboard heater was broke and unsafe. The curtains in the living room needed washed and the……

“We had a great stay! We chose this cabin to help us escape from our busy life. The home is beautiful, designed with such care and unique finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and appliances (there was even a large assortment of coffees, spices, sweeteners), the outdoor space is incredible, and the setting is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching squirrels and birds play in the oak trees throughout the property. Brett was an excellent host, he was great at communicating with us……

“The host Tony was very helpful and attentive to reply to questions. We enjoyed the home and our time in Berkley Springs. The only reason for a four star review instead of five was the distance between the home and BS was a bit farther than we would have liked. That being said it was very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was nice and hot, which I have found is rare in a rental. All and all a very peaceful quiet location. ”
