Great place

This place was in the perfect location to everything. The place was very clean and up to date. Very peaceful and walking distance to the beach. Owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. My only downfall here was that the place had a smell of like old wet wood. Im weird about smells. But over all i give this place 5 star. Fyi there is no elevator if your in need one. GREAT MINI VACA. We woykd definitely book there again.

We went to a concert at the Coliseum. The location was perfect and the accommodations were easy to access. Would certainly consider staying there again.

Conveniently located space

This apartment worked out wonderfully. Was easy to access, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. Beach, Casino’s, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall Great Place

Right on the main strip of Biloxi's casinos, restaurants, and bars. Within walking distance to the beach. The outside of w building is weather damaged, but we would definitely stay again!

Little Glimpse of Paradise

Location was perfect! Loved the cute layout. Has a glimpse of the ocean front. Balcony welcomed a beautiful sunset. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. We could see the ocean from our unit! Looking forward to returning!

just ok,but good location

Lacking glasses and dishes, have to bring your own soap for shower. Just ok for clean. Needed new bottom sheets that stay on mattress. Location great for walk to the beach.

Disappointed

Inadequate furnishings, no instructions for the smart tv remot e, dangerous bath/shower, had to live out of suitcases on floor, no shelves in closet, loose toilet seat, lousy communication with owner.

Property location was great, plenty of room in apartment, only problem was on 4th night arrived at apartment A/C was not working. Acted like there was no power to unit. Put ceiling fans on and opened balcony door to deal with heat. Called property manager and notified him of problem. He wanted me to troubleshoot problem and send him photo of unit. He someone would come check out problem. No one came and unit turned on at 4:00am. Unit ran until we left without any issues.

Very disappointed, noisy

The location was convenient to the Coliseum (we went for a concert). You can hear the traffic from inside the unit. When we got in (around 11pm), it was a little warm and we realized the air conditioner does not work. Since it was so late, we figured we'd be ok. (Didn't want to call maintenance and have to wait for them to come fix anything). We ended up opening the balcony door to let cool air in. Neither of us slept hardly all night for being hot and hearing traffic. The bed was not comfortable (It's almost like memory foam, but the middle didn't conform, so my midsection felt elevated all night). We didn't use the kitchen or shower because we left early in the morning, so I can't rate those. We were in the unit maybe 7 hours total.

Property owners Lie

Before booking I ask property owner to not charge the property damage insurance. He said I have to take the damage insurance but I would get a full credit the day after leaving if no damage. I questioned how that could be and he assured me that would happen. I received no credit, now owner tells me not his problem, VRBO refuses to help. I have all of this in writing, owner lied just to get me to rent this unit. Owner will lie to you. There are no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Nothing in bedroom to put suitcase or clothes. Very few glasses and dishes. Only a couch to sit on in main area. No chairs on small deck. Overall needs more furniture to function properly. Front door does not operate properly. Unit was clean, kitchen nice, location and parking good for us. One star for cheating us out of the credit promised for the property damage insurance.
