“Hotel was in an amazing location. And the staff was wonderful!! The room was extremely spacious and we comfortably had my husband, myself and adult daughter and partner. The only glitch was we ran out of hot water after 2 short showers. We would definitely stay here again!! You can’t beat the price for 4 person room in the city center. Easy walking to EVERYTHING! Also, room had washer and small kitchenette if needed.”

“Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour.”

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option……

“Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication.”

I especially liked that the sleep area was behind living area which made it easier if someone wanted to go to bed. Lovely balcony. Extremely helpful staff. Had a fantastic time. “pool was nice, but first they don't want to give a hairdryer. The cabaret was very dirty. The room are big. First look was verry nice but not clean and for a 4* hotel to put the blanket by my self on and off and to clean the room and to carry the rubbisch by self out. This is not a 4 Star hotel!!! The Pillow and blanket was full of yellow ugly spots. if you dont do it its cost extra 150 Euros. The Babybed was not ready. She did not bring it up or give me a hand to help. It was with hole in and……
