"Extremely clean and beautiful home and property. Nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at! Fully stocked with SO many extra towels and blankets, as well as kitchen cupboards full of all the dishes you'd need. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. If we ever make it back out to that area, we will definitely stay there again!"

"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Katie's vacation house for a blissful 5 days and 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness and thoughtful design of the space. The spacious rooms provided a sense of relaxation and comfort that truly felt like home, allowing us to unwind after our daily adventures.One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful ranch surrounding the property. We enjoyed the serene views of two beautiful horses roaming freely, which added a unique touch to our stay.Katie, our host, was incredible—always available to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.We are so grateful to have chosen Katie's stunning property for our vacation, and we're already looking forward to returning soon!"

"The hosts were very communicative and informational. They responded immediately to a queries that my family had during the Rental for 100 year birthday party.While air conditioning is not always necessary in the Bitterroot valley, it is helpful if there are any forest fires in the area or in neighboring states.However, the hosts provided fans and reminded us of no air conditioning prior to the stay.We appreciated their transparency, and the stay was still great.Thank you!!"

"The farmstead was an amazing property! We came to MT from TX to escape the heat and leave our home responsibilities to someone else, and we won big! The weather was lovely; the front patio saw hours of daily use; the fire pit at night was peaceful. The owner was friendly (not a corporate manager! a real property owner!) and there were working, family-owned fields surrounding the property. (It was hay-mowing season -- fascinating!) Our favorite things to do during our week-long stay: stay up late and sleep late; eat at interesting, nearby restaurants that satisfied our amateur-foodie palates; shop for used books; ride innertubes down the river; some fly-fishing, birdwatching, and easy hiking to beautiful overlooks; occasional visits from the owner's very friendly doggo. We cooked a little in a well-equipped kitchen. Breathtaking scenery, so many mountains, including a snow-capped mountain we could see from the patio.It's very likely we'll visit the Farmstead again! We loved it! (four adults, no young kids in our group)"
