“You seriously need a car to visit this wonderful city, so it was great that Leisure Bay offered onsite parking. There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and……

“Our extended family stayed here for a week before a wedding. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for family to relax and spend time together. The view is spectacular and the access to little coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. Having a second sitting area allowed some members to watch the cricket while others could chat. The full kitchen allowed us to make dinners for 15 family and friends. Connie and Edwin keep the place spotless and took excellent care of us. It was a very special……

“the apartment was clean and beautiful... but the check in process killed the whole mood for me and I could not appreciate the beauty of the place thereafter. the check in lady made me feel like she was doing me a favour with zero hospitality”

“Great area and property ! Travelled from the uk with family to Cape Town on holiday . Everything in apartment was fine except they could do with having fans or AC. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too . Overall safe area with a lot of security, it’s a gated community so you feel very safe .”

“The view is AMAZING! It’s a corner unit so both bedrooms also have windows with a view. Watching the sunset and wind surfers from the balcony was a highlight of the trip. The accommodation is very comfortable with everything you need. Secure parking, 2 full baths, Netflix. Very responsive host. No hot tub though despite the listing saying there was. I would definitely stay here again.”

I was going to propose to my future wife, but you just ruined my plan, my holiday, my joy of being in Cape Town. ”

“Wonderful place to stay and very secure. Front staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and accommodated us with an early check-in as the room was vacant which really helped us tremendously. It was perfect for our needs (business), however it may be a bit noisy from the traffic if you're on holiday and would like to sleep in late.”

“Listing stated that the home is 8557 square feet. That is not true, Listing also stated that the home has 3 baths. That also is not true. The method of drying clothes is by using a clothes line behind the home which also gets sprayed by the lawn sprinklers multiple times a day. Home does not have Air Conditioning and was too hot to sleep with windows closed. Home also has a pool which attracts insects which left us and our friends covered in bug bites each morning.”
