“Great view towards Table Mountain, friendly staff”

“This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I……

“Facility and stay were absolutely fantastic. Cannot complain. Views from room and patio are incredible. If we had one disappointment it would be there was no gym facilities. (Understand I’m looking for something negative). Food was fabulous at the restaurant. Would absolutely highly recommend. ”

“Hotel is on edge of the Canal Walk and the large Century City mall with many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the small restaurant, “Slate” offered up small meals. Buffet staff worked hard each day, yet were welcoming and smiling even with large groups overflowing the large room. Pool was large, clean and had lounges and umbrellas. The hotel was exactly what we anticipated but for the front desk reception who seemed incapable of solving small problems (needed 3-prong plug for……
