“Our party of 8 fit comfortably, including kids and grandparents. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining, living spaces, and had a very pleasant stay. Challenges include parking, we only had two vehicles and it was tight. Attention to detail in cleanliness, a duvet cover was covered in dog hair and hadn’t been washed.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Hidden in the gorgeous mountains and surrounded by the fragrant picturesque evergreens… it does not disappoint. There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!”

“The cabin is a very nice modern looking cabin but still has that cozy cabin feel. There is ample space for the entire family. Loved that it was close to city facilities while still feeling like you’re out in the wilderness! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay in the Rockies, we recommend this cabin! Also, the property managers/ contacts are very nice and helpful, they honestly made this stay that much better. Thanks again, we hope to stay here later in the future.”

“C&C Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations for sure! Stayed for about a week in March, had 30+ inches of snow. House was very clean and had the best views of the Rocky Mountains! No complaints. Looking forward to returning and staying for future visits to Colorado.”

“We had such a great stay. The cabin was clean and inviting. My uncle has had a lot of health issues over the past year and being able to get away was the recharge we needed. We had been looking forward to time away since February and we were not disappointed. Due to these health issues we had to change our date and Emily was accommodating and flexible. Our kids loved the cabin and asked if we could come back in the summer sometime when we could feed the fish in the pond directly behind the cabin.”

I put four stars for cleanliness because there were some flies that kept getting inside and some spider webs/spiders, but it’s a cabin in the woods so we didn’t expect anything different. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Boulderhaus is a great spot, easily accessible from downtown Boulder. We have been traveling to Boulder a lot over the last four years and this is the first time we have stayed outside of the city proper. We had originally rented for Thanksgiving weekend last year but my husband needed emergency surgery, forcing us to cancel our stay just days before our rental began. Larry kindly allowed us to change our dates. We are thrilled to be here in time for the Boulder Film Festival while relishing……

“This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back……

“You cannot find a better value for a property in the Winter Park area. The cabin was very private which we enjoyed for our dog. The home is dated both inside and out. We had issues with the heat as it kept reverting back to a setting of 58 degrees at night. We also had to buy toilet paper and wash cloths as there was not enough and/or none supplied. The kitchen was well stocked as we prepared dinner one night. It is only a short drive to everything in the Fraser/Winter Park area.”

“Was a nice place right on the creek had no problems, property was as described. The beds need to be replaced, everyone one of them was very creaky, you couldn't roll over without waking up someone in the bedroom next to you.”

“Great location, 20 minutes to Eldora and a little over an hours drive to WinterPark. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time, can't wait to return!”
