We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. “A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful.……

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is right near Golden and convenient to local attractions. Check in was super easy and the home was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable (including the beds!) and completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and response time was very quick. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice.”
