“Room was clean and spacious. My room was in the annex part of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and good options available. Staff were polite and helpful”

“I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. Would recommended and would……

All the areas, including the Spa, are well appointed and clean and the staff is excellent - well trained, friendly and courteous. A relaxing fabulous atmosphere. The staff couldn’t do more for us and always with a smile. ”

“An old hotel but the location is very nice and convenient for visiting around Windsor.”

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.”
