The “contact host directly” info produced a Danish country code, which gave a “number not available “ recording; the email looked bogus - and there was no reply anyway. I ended up finding someone in a pub in Govilon (which is a tiny place!) who rented me a room, but of course I had to pay him. I have no reason to believe this was nothing but a scam. Stay away!”

“Me, my partner and our two dogs stayed at rabbit hill hut for a week this July and honestly couldn't fault it. It had everything you could need. The Shepard's hut was perfect for the 4 of us to sleep, get washed and prepare light meals. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our lurcher and springer spaniel, they loved interacting with the horses and sheep in the next field, and we loved the extra seating area. The only reason for no 5 stars is the bed in the second bedroom is a small double/large single and not big enough for 2 adults. There is also no gate on the front garden seating area which meets directly to the road, so inappropriate for dogs. I would however stay again……
