“Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal ….……

“What an amazing Place. Amazing Hosts. Beautiful Scenery and Loads of horses around the property which my children loved. Elsa and her husband were incredible and so welcoming and genuinely nice people and checked wverything was OK for us and left us enjoy our time. The Cottage had lovely grounds and a lovely well kept secure garden for the dogs. The family are lovely. One of my dogs had a incident we had to nip out and left them briefly alone in cottage (we broke the rules) but he knocked the……

“What a stunning property. A beautiful, loved home with such small intricate thoughts to make your stay stress free. Simple things like cleaning materials, hand-wash, extra towels, throws, board games and books....... I know they sound simple things, but a lot of properties miss these things out. Our host was attentive and available if we needed and he made the process so easy. It was great for our dog, with 2 parks within 100m of the property. I would highly recommend this quiet retreat if……

“We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse for my 50th birthday get together. The hosts really have thought of everything. Cold sitting outside? The hosts have provided blankets, towels for the hot tub are stacked in the boot room nearest to the hot tub. Children attending are fantastically catered for with a range of indoor and outdoor games (we packed some but didn't need them). Holiday reads are neatly stacked if you forget your book, there's a doll's house for younger children. Outside there is a……

“We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has……
