“When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. “This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on……
