“Parking was outstanding! Got up to catch an early flight...no breakfast. Very nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“No Ac. Heaters do heat well and bedding keeps your warm. Restaurant/ store staff was great and hotel staff was kind but we had people two rooms down and adjacent to us that were loud and had dogs barking in their rooms until 3am. Staff did nothing about the noise. Their private hot springs was nice and enjoyable but the side wall in there was completely rusted and needs replacement. Itd be very coll if they added a way to adjust the heat like Haven hot springs ”

“Very good bed with two pillows. The AC/heat unit worked well. There were plenty of electrical outlets. Lighting was good. We checked in late and were not settled in the room until 10pm. There was no hot water. There was hot water in the morning. The sink was great looking but not very functional - it was difficult to turn on the water without it splashing all over the counter because the basin was too small for the faucet style. The tub and toilet area was nice but had a pocket door that was……

“The room was clean, quiet, large room and good breakfast. It was disappointing that I left my phone charger behind and when I realized I had left it I called the next day and it was not turned it. The room had been cleaned but no sign of the charger.”

There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT.”
