I already had serious reservations when I booked the suite, and unfortunately every one of my concerns turned out to be fully justified. I have never stayed in a hotel as poorly maintained as this one. The smell in the corridors was so unbearable that my children and I had to rush through them as quickly as possible. We had taken precautions by bringing our own sheets and bedding, which proved necessary. I was truly disappointed because the hotel has real potential, and the daytime staff we encountered seemed quite friendly and helpful. Still, we had so little confidence in the cleanliness that we never once used the breakfast service. The whole place really needs a complete overhaul.

Grande chambre, propre et sans tapis.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. My only issue was that there isn’t an elevator. It’s tough dragging two suitcases, plus bags to the second floor.
