“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“La chambre était propre le lit confortable pas de frigo dans la chambre par contre restaurant à éviter très cher pour ce que c'est et attention arnaque sur la marchandise pour ma part j'ai pris un pad thaï aux crevettes tigre c'était des crevettes chaton du tigre de plus le personnel du service n'est clairement pas du métier ça se ressent aucune empathie c'est tout juste s'il voulait il jette pas l'assiette sur la table”

“Photo of all room types showed a bathtub, but there was none in the room we booked. We stayed there for ~13 nights and staff told us there’ll be housekeeping twice. They came only once in the end. ”

“Propre et très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Le gros bémol est que l'établissement à vraiment besoin de rénovations. Il y a un peu de moisissures dans la salle de bain, vieux tapis etc. Il faut juste ne pas avoir les attentes trop haute, c'est bien situé et ça s'arrête pas mal là.”
