"The water in the shower was nice and hot. The room was clean in general. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor, and the toilet lid was only attached on one side. One half of the toilet paper holder was gone, already ripped out of the wall. We got to breakfast about 10 minutes before it ended: no mini muffins left, only one kind of bagels to toast, just one apple in the three fruit baskets. We had stayed here in the past and it was fine, but the building is older now and we won’t be...
