“Description of this property is not in line with what it actually is. Unfortunately the impression was a cute quaint small town bed-and-breakfast. We actually got there. It was an old motel that’s just renting their rooms out individually. The price was much higher than I’ve paid for much nicer hotels with amenities. The staff was responsive to getting us the door code and information, it was just extremely disappointing pulling up after the wedding expecting one thing and feeling like we were……

“Staff was polite. Location was a bit sketchy but inside was better. Room was not very clean, stains on bedding, towels and chairs. Thin walls and was hard to sleep due to everything happening in the halls all hours of the night.”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. “Everything was pretty good. Not too special. The organization of the suite wasn't really to our liking so we switched the couch with the side seat and the carpet wasn't really finished to the corner. It was out of the way, but just not stellar.”

“This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the……

“The staff was amazing and very friendly. The hotel was a little run down, but clean. The pool was probably the dirtiest. It needed some attention with how hazy the water was. There were some things around the hotel that should be fixed cosmetically. But overall it was a good place to stay.”
