Boulder Residences

Loved how central it was to CU Boulder campus. Walked everywhere. Great public tailgate party before game!

Wonderful place in the town of Boulder. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Close to trails. Friendly staff.

We came to Longmont from Portland, Oregon, for a class and chose the Niwot Inn from the options we found online. I thought it was going to be a place to stay and instead it was an experience to remember. It is warm, welcoming, and relaxing, gorgeous to look at, and did I say relaxing? Sitting in a comfy chair in the evening in front of a wood fire and eating a warm cookie had me relaxing like I haven't in a long time. We met the owners, a mother-daughter duo who are proud of their lovely inn and...

Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

My wife and I spent a 4 day getaway at Chautauqua. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We flew into Denver and took the RTD bus into Boulder. It was then a one mile walk to Chautauqua. We arrived well before check-in, so the front desk let us leave our bags with them and we continued our day. The hiking trails start right outside the cottages. The large park was great for relaxing and reading in the shade. We loved walking to Pearl St and enjoying the foodie Boulder...

New. Big room. Very convenient. Great location. Breakfast not so great.

Close to the boulder res and Avery! Lots of nice clean amenities. Best breakfast ever!!

The cabins are set in a quiet mountain town about 30 minutes from Rocky Mountain Park with the convenience of a food and fuel store right across the street. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive answering any questions we had with in minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning process for COVID prevention is outstanding. The rooms were extra large and had more unused space than most hotel rooms! The bathroom was spotless. The room was very quiet and the bed was way above average. Only spent one night so can’t comment on location to restaurants and other services. Easy access off a main road.

We had an amazing time at the Omni. Food was great. Service was exceptional. Very clean. Will definitely be back.

Very nice, quiet place to stay and it’s conveniently located.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, bright, and very comfortable with a wonderful modern design in the rooms as well as common spaces. Parking is plentiful in the well-lit garage under the hotel. I chose Embassy Suites because our family has two teenagers and we need a little more space to spread out - this was perfect as we used the fold-our couch for a third bed. My only suggestion would be for a night stand on both sides of the beds - there was room - so I could have a place for...

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The rooms are unusual in that the beds are raised and the closets are under the beds. There is also a projector which is nice for TV watching. And the staff was super nice and helpful along with a free breakfast sandwich which was freshly made and very good.

Cleaning personal enter without permission at 930 am. Checkout is 12 noon. Not cool

Enjoyed my stay
