Property is undergoing remodeling and there is no parking. Room was dirty and had a smell. I’m sure it will be better when finished but Should be closed until then. Unacceptable.

Dirty toilet, no hot water at 5:00pm, coffee machine had a used coffee bag from someone else, dusty furniture (night stands), stains on the wall, hair dryer bag hanging in the bathroom, but when I open the bag there was only an adapter, no hair dryer at all.

Great stay. We were driving from Atlanta to Dallas and needed a break in between. Need a quiet and restful night. This suited our need. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. We had a restful stay. Very good breakfast

Although the staff were very friendly, the building was under construction and dirty because of it. The elevator didnt work and my elderly mother was forced to take the stairs.

If I'd know they was remodeling, I'd went somewhere else. The rooms were definitely very old and seemed rundown. Water was shut off from 9-12am daily. Nowhere to park cause of all the construction things everywhere. Decided to go elsewhere for our second night.

Was told they wouldn’t start construction until 10:00 am and we stayed in room 222 and right above us they woke us up at 7:00 am . Also guy came by at 9 opened door trying to get laundry. He did knock but he opened before I could get to the door . They should go by a check out list before they start going to peoples room nocking on doors . We could have been asleep but thank to the work above us that was important.

This place is clean on the outside and DIRTY on the Inside! La Quinta should be a shame to have their name on this place…. They need to invest and upgrade the interior because the location is golden for the Amphitheater.

It was quiet. Staff was friendly. Bathroom door was broken as if someone fell into it. There was something smeared on the door. We stayed one night at about 11pm. Didn't notice until were leaving about 8am that morning.

Lamp shades in room were broken and falling apart. Toilet handle was broken and would not flush properly. Remote did not work to our tv. Furniture was dirty and very worn. Only good thing was staff was very nice and friendly. This hotel needs upgrading horribly.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The area seemed good and comfortable to stay at. The room was just rather old. Looked like it had been newly painted but some of the outlets didn’t work, not all the lamps had light bulbs, and the dead bolt didn’t line up with the hole so it wouldn’t lock. It was fine for one night, but would have been frustrating for a longer stay.
